Heck I can't start a budget unless you have money to budget with in the first place....as in I just moved into the dorms finally, away from parental figure, I have to be an adult about things, so I tried and then one thing after another happens, so I understand how you all feel, truly understand. Congrads on the move aswell. Hope is a nice place and good neighbors.
