Panic attack. Panic attack alllllll day. I feel so flipping paranoid right now. I feel like I annoy everyone and they'd just like me to go away. I know it's not true, but still I know I'll spend the next week trying to stay out of peoples way rather than bother them. I'm totally irrational about it.
