book review

Okay, all girls on my list, you NEED to pick this up from the library/bookstore near you.

Why Does He Do That: Inside the Minds of Angry and Controlling Men
by Lundy Bancroft ( http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0425191656/qid=1096142270/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/002-1269598-6976829?v=glance&s=books )

I know several people involved in seriously abusive and/or dysfunctional relationships and this book is really a must for them. It really defines the core problems and defines what abuse is and the ways to deal with it. Also, one of the best things is the chapter on early warning signs.

Seriously, if you're in a relationship or looking for one please pull this out and at least skim through it. These are the things we need to know.

Be safe and well loved.

Thanks for posting. I have to say to most girls and women, it may be romantic but if there is no respect from the begining, there never will be. I've spent years raising a daughter, and that is the key point I've taught her. and so far so good.also remember, no one is perfect, there is always love out there, dont let anyone ever trap you by telling you "you cant do better" or"wose gonna love someone like you." they are the ones who are affraid of loosing YOU. they need someone to control and it will be you if you let them. dont be.
P.S. I still love ya girlfriend...
