Thank God today was a creative one...

Well, I signed up to do the Christmas Advent calendar a week ago, and today I thought I'd get on the site and see what day I was assigned. Lo and behold it's tomorrow! So, in a bit of a panic I wrote a short ficlet. It needs to be beta'd (badly), but for a rough draft it's not that bad.

Funny thing was, I don't recall ever receiving a notice about when my date was going to be. I suppose I'll just blame it on my mail server, which has been up and down lately.

*sigh*

All's well that ends well, I suppose. Though another day or two would have been nice.
